Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care West Palm Beach is hiring a PRN LPN

This LPN position is a staff role with direct care and supervisory responsibilities for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN oversees nursing personnel to deliver care and coordinates care delivery within scope of practice, ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and relevant regulations.

Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat for extended periods; push/pull objects; lift/carry up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds; full use of motor skills for treatments, dressing, medication supervision, documentation, etc.
