Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Winter Springs is hiring a PRN LPN

This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing personnel to deliver care and coordinates care delivery within scope of practice, ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and relevant guidelines.

Job Requirements
  • Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment; must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of clinical experience; gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred.
  • License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; full use of gross and fine motor skills.
