Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Susquehanna (located in Harrisburg) is hiring a part-time LPN with a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus.

Position Overview

This LPN position is a staff role with direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver care within their scope of practice, coordinating care delivery to meet residents' needs in accordance with professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
  • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience; gerontological nursing, including dementia care, preferred
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently (occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted); full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, and documentation.
