An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Memory Care unit. This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating care delivery within the scope of practice, and ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Pay range: $32.50 to $37.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Skills required: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Experience: 2-3 years of clinical experience; gerontological nursing experience, including dementia care, preferred.
License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license required.
Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push, pull, and lift objects up to 20 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted); full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, and documentation.
