Job Description

Arden Courts Warminster (located in Hatboro) is hiring a part-time LPN

This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing personnel to deliver care and coordinates care delivery within scope of practice, ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements

• Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Experience: 2-3 years of clinical experience; gerontological nursing, including dementia care, preferred.
• License: Valid and current LPN/LVN license in the state.

Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds; full use of motor skills for treatments, dressing, medication supervision, and documentation.
