Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Yardley - Part-Time LPN Position

We are hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

This position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties over caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervising nursing staff to deliver quality care, coordinating within their scope of practice to meet residents' needs according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local regulations.

Note: This non-profit organization qualifies for the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness program.

Qualifications
  • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in gerontological nursing including dementia care
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Full use of motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, and documentation
