Arden Courts Virginia Beach is hiring a part-time LPN with a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
This LPN position involves both direct care and supervisory responsibilities for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervising nursing staff to deliver care and coordinating care within their scope of practice. The goal is to meet residents' needs in accordance with professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and relevant regulations.

Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment; proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Experience: 2-3 years of clinical experience; gerontological nursing, including dementia care, preferred.
License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license required.
Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods; ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 20 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds; full use of upper and lower extremity motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, and documentation.
