Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Palm Harbor is hiring a part-time LPN with a $2500 SIGN ON BONUS.

This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN is responsible for supervising nursing staff to deliver care, coordinating care delivery within scope of practice, and ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements

• Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment; must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Years of Experience: 2-3 years clinical experience; gerontological nursing, including dementia care, preferred.
• License: Must have a valid and current LPN/LVN state license.

Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds unassisted (occasionally up to 50 pounds); full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, and documentation.
