Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Towson is hiring a full-time LPN with a $10,000 Sign-on bonus.

This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing staff to deliver care and coordinates care delivery within scope of practice, ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Experience: 2-3 years clinical experience; gerontological nursing including dementia preferred
  • License: Valid and current LPN/LVN license in the state
Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat; push and pull objects; lift up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds; full use of gross and fine motor skills of upper and lower extremities.
