Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Largo is hiring a full-time LPN with a $10,000 Sign-on bonus.

This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing personnel, coordinates care delivery, and ensures residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Experience: 2-3 years clinical experience; gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred.
• License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license.

Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted); full use of gross and fine motor skills.
