Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Glen Ellyn is hiring a full-time LPN with a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus & New Wage Scale
This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing staff to deliver care, coordinates care delivery within scope of practice, and ensures residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Pay range: $34.50 to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently, occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of gross and fine motor skills.
