Job Description

This LPN position is a staff role with direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing personnel to deliver care and coordinates care delivery within scope of practice, ensuring residents' needs are met per professional standards through physician orders, facility policies, and relevant guidelines.

Job Requirements
  • Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; must communicate effectively in English.
  • Experience: 2-3 years clinical experience; gerontological nursing including dementia preferred.
  • License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license.
Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 20 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds); full use of gross and fine motor skills.
