Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for the 4 East medical-surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide post-surgical care to a variety of patients, including those undergoing urological, gynecological, vascular, general, and orthopedic surgeries.

A nursing diploma is required, and new graduates will be given consideration. LPN licensure is required to practice, with a sign-on bonus up to $8,000 and no contract obligation.

Overview

Sentara RMH Medical Center is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for the 4 East medical surgical unit. Ideal candidates will have experience or interest in providing post-surgical-care to a variety of surgical patients including those undergoing urological, gynecological, vascular, general, and orthopedic surgery.

Sign on bonus up to $8,000 with no contract or commitment!

Education

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $28.57 - $43.04 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
