We care for a diverse range of medical surgical patients with diagnoses including congestive heart failure, respiratory conditions, infections, wounds, orthopedic surgery, spinal surgery, urological surgery, general surgery, dialysis, oncology, and hospice.

This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The nurse is accountable for the quality of services provided and utilizes specialized knowledge and skills to deliver appropriate care tailored to the patient's age and needs.

2South: Full-Time (36 hours/week), 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend off
3West: Full-Time (36 hours/week), 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend off
*Retention incentives, relocation, and transitional housing assistance are available for experienced LPNs.
Must hold a valid Alaska RN license. An Associate's degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor's degree and professional certification are preferred. BLS certification is mandatory; additional certifications like ACLS or PALS may be required based on practice area. Must demonstrate creative thinking, prioritization, and effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, professional certification, recent acute care experience in the specialty area, additional education or experience.
