Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Med Surg/Telemetry team at SOVAH Health – Martinsville. This position offers day and night shifts and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Assisting with assessments, wound care, specimen collection, and medication administration
• Supporting patients with daily activities and considering their psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural needs
• Documenting patient responses and acting as an advocate for their well-being

Qualifications:

• Current state LPN license from an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• PALS certification if applicable
