Edgewood Minot is seeking an LPN Manager to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents in a full-time, day-shift role.

You will supervise clinical staff, contribute to care plan development, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Edgewood policies. A current LPN license is required, with an associate’s degree preferred and 3+ years of clinical experience in geriatrics or assisted living.

Qualifications

• Current state Practical Nurse license.
• Associate's degree, desired.
• Three years clinical experience.
• Previous experience supervising staff.
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.
