Job summary

PAM Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in the Denver area. You will deliver age-appropriate nursing care under an RN, collect data, follow orders, and perform therapeutic procedures as directed by PAM Health policies.

Requirements include active LPN/LVN licensure, current BLS, and IV certification if required by state rules. Prior inpatient med-surg experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Holds current LPN/LVN licensure in the relevant state or compact license.
• Current BLS certification required; AHA approved within 90 days.
• IV certification within 90 days if required by state regulations.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of an RN on the unit; document and report data; carry out orders and therapeutic procedures for patients.

Hourly Rate Range- $30-$40

Earn up to an additional $4.50/hr with shift differentials!

Responsibilities

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for providing appropriate nursing care, as directed by an RN on the nursing unit. Functions include gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures on patients in an age and population-appropriate manner, consistent with the policies, procedures, and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

Education and Training: Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates. Current BLS certification required. BLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.

• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations.

Experience: One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required

Pay Range

USD $30.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
