PAM Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our inpatient medical-surgical team in Florida. The nurse will provide patient care under RN direction, perform procedures, and report data to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Holds current LPN/LVN licensure in the state (or compact licensure), and BLS certification is required within 90 days of employment. IV certification may be required by state regulations; prior inpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN licensure required in the state of practice (or compact licensure).
• Current BLS certification (AHA approved) within 90 days of employment.
• IV Certification within 90 days if state regulations require it.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report patient data, carry out orders, and perform routine procedures appropriately.
• Duties align with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines for patient care.

We are currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for providing appropriate nursing care, as directed by an RN on the nursing unit. Functions include gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures on patients in an age and population-appropriate manner, consistent with the policies, procedures, and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Education and Training:

Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates. Current BLS certification required. BLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.

• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations.

Experience:

One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
