Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate in-home care across Indiana. Nurses will deliver direct patient care, document visits electronically on a home tablet, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure optimal outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN) with days, nights, and weekends, plus comprehensive benefits, training, and support from a nationwide network of clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact license must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (hands-on)
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients
• Document care electronically using the tablet in the patient's home
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervising clinicians
