Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred, not required
• Reliable transportation
