Job summary

Mercy is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are pursuing an RN degree and want acute care experience while continuing their education. This part-time role supports LPN-to-RN bridges, ADN, or BSN pathways with flexible scheduling, education assistance, and opportunities to earn while you learn.

You’ll gain hands-on experience and mentorship in Mercy’s hospital setting. Available practice areas include Neuroscience, Observation Telemetry, and Medical/Surgical.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• LPN license in Missouri required.
• CPR certification through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Strengthen bedside nursing skills under supervision of experienced professionals.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school;
