Weekly Hours: Varies

Salary Range: $24 - $36

Department Details

• Support multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address
• Mileage reimbursement
• Additional $5 per hour float premium
• Additional $1.25 per hour weekend shift differential
• Additional $1.25 per hour evening/night shift differential (6:00pm - 6:00am)
• Work at least 30 hours/month and one weekend shift/month
• 3+ months experience in Long Term Care required; 6+ months preferred

Job Summary

The LPN provides professional nursing care in long-term care, under supervision, demonstrating knowledge of nursing principles, competency in clinical skills, and the ability to respond effectively in emergencies. Responsibilities include ensuring residents' health, administering medications, supporting healthcare teams, documenting care, and educating residents and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; associate degree preferred
• North Dakota IV therapy/management skills if required, via approved coursework
• Minimum 400 hours clinical experience or equivalent
• Unencumbered LPN license; multi-state licensure preferred
• Maintain required competencies, certifications, and CEUs annually
