Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), IV, Day Shift, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) 2 North

UC Health is hiring a full-time LPN for SNF 2 North, for the day shift at Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care.

The LPN will support Daniel Drake’s SNF 2 North department, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care, and according to policy and procedures.

About Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care

Daniel Drake Center specializes in providing post-acute and transitional care services for patients recovering from catastrophic injury or illness. It is the only hospital-based skilled nursing facility in the Cincinnati region, offering inpatient and outpatient services including complex medical care, skilled nursing, assisted living, wellness services, and research. The center provides a comprehensive care continuum to support patients throughout recovery.
