Join Stillwater Medical Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) IV Certified - Home Health.

Job Overview

We are seeking a clinically competent LPN to deliver nursing care to patients at their residences, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role involves performing IV skills per policy, making daily home visits within a 50-mile radius of Stillwater, and providing compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care in patients' homes
  • Perform IV procedures according to policy
  • Coordinate with care team and communicate effectively with patients
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards
Qualifications
  • Licensed to practice in Oklahoma
  • Minimum 1-year experience in home health or related field
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification or complete within 30 days of hire
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Dependable transportation and ability to drive within a 50-mile radius
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Ability to lift at least 60 lbs., stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Good vision and hearing, with or without correction
  • Fine motor skills for procedures such as IV insertion and medication administration
  • Able to work in a latex-sensitive environment
Work Details
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Weekend rotation and on-call duties
