TheKey is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private-duty in-home patient care in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas. You will deliver personalized, one-on-one nursing care directly to seniors in their homes, with flexible day and evening shifts and per diem options.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Ohio LPN license.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Ohio IV Therapy Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Clear background screening via the Ohio AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and basic computer/digital charting skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and daily monitoring based on individualized client care plans.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide skilled clinical interventions within the Ohio LPN scope of practice.
• Assist clients and families with health education, routine nursing support, and compassionate guidance.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation according to agency policy.
• Communicate effectively with supervising RNs, interdisciplinary teams, and local management regarding changes in client condition.
