BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking qualified LPNs for private-duty home health care in Missouri. Night shifts are available with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nurses.

BAYADA emphasizes lasting tenure, nonprofit stability, and a focus on compassionate, one-to-one client care across home health settings. Private-duty LPNs work with local clients, covering 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts, and benefit from weekly pay, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits.

What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like:

• Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)
• Private duty = one client for the whole shift
• Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes
• Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Sptinal Muscle Atrophy, Epilepsy
• LPNs/LVNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home

Qualifications for A Private Duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
