Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking LPNs to provide in-home nursing care under RN direction and physician orders. You will visit patients in their homes, delivering compassionate care and ensuring adherence to medical plans.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed as an LPN in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care for them under direction of RNs and in compliance with the physicians' orders.
