Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care to patients in their homes under the direction of RNs and in line with physician orders. This role supports our mission to deliver quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

You will travel to patients in the Helena area, document care accurately, support care plans, and uphold safety and licensing requirements while delivering compassionate, in-home care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be current licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians' orders.
