Professional Case Management is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home health care across Colorado. New grads welcome. Create your own schedule with available Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts and enjoy benefits like weekly pay.

Ideal candidates will have nursing credentials, CPR, TB test, and a commitment to safe, compassionate home health care. Prioritizes flexible scheduling and quality patient relationships in a home setting.

Ideal Candidates will have experience in the following, although we will consider training

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
• Current, unrestricted license as an LPN/LVN in the state(s) of practice
• New Graduates welcome!
• Current CPR certification and TB test

Standard Rate: $29.00 - $31.50 Hourly
