Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full Time Sign On Bonus $3,000

Join us at SanStone Health & Rehabilitation as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We are currently offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Position Details

This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts (7a-7p Day; 7p-7a Night). Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the LPN will plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care, services, and health education to residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care provided by CNAs and staff
• Coordinate nursing care for residents
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Transcribe and implement physician orders
• Perform health assessments and notify physicians of changes
• Develop and implement care plans
• Provide interventions to stabilize or improve residents' conditions
