Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (FT, PT, Per Diem)

Join AristaCare Health Services as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide dedicated nursing care to residents based on their individual needs. Responsibilities include medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity, and developing personalized care plans. This role requires teamwork, collaboration, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The LPN will lead by example, assess resident care needs, and ensure high-quality care for all residents.

Available Shifts:

• Full-time: 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday, no weekends)
• Per Diem: 11pm-7:30am
• Part-time: 7am-3:30pm and 3:30pm-11:30pm

Requirements:

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in New Jersey
• CPR Certification
• IV Certification (preferred)
• Experience in long-term care (preferred)
