PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Golden is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time inpatient rehabilitation role in Golden, Colorado. You will work with RNs, physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support patient progress on rehab goals.

The position offers 3×12-hour shifts, competitive pay ($30–$40/hour) with up to $4/hour in shift differentials, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide network of more than 70 locations.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Colorado.
• Current BLS certification.

What You'll Do

As an LPN at PAM Health, you'll play an important role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll work closely with RNs, physicians and the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct nursing care to patients

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team

• Assisting with patient care plans and rehabilitation goals

• Communicating with patients, families and members of the interdisciplinary team

• Supporting a safe, comfortable and positive patient environment

Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, med-surg, long-term care, skilled nursing or other patient-care settings is a plus.
