Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will play a critical leadership role in coordinating resident care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
  2. Provide guidance to nursing staff, including CNAs and other healthcare personnel.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Monitor resident conditions, assess health status, and document changes in medical records.
  5. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  6. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
  7. Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing services provided.
  9. Promote a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Qualifications:
  1. Licensure: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Nebraska.
  2. Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required.
  3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
