Job summary

Mountain Top Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN and physician, coordinating with CNAs and communicating with families to ensure residents are comfortable and well cared for.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN options with multiple shifts, daily pay via Tapcheck, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance,

Qualifications

• PA LPN license or GPN license (required).
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable, collaborative nurses who care about residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician.
• Work closely with nursing assistants, communicate with families and providers.
• Help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.

What You Will Do (At a Glance)

As an LPN at Mountain Top RHC, you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician. You will work closely with nursing assistants, communicate with families and providers, and help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.

This role includes medication administration, treatments, documentation, resident assessments, and charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
