Job description

Join to apply for the Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN (FT/1st) role at Bottlenotes Inc.

Verland is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at our Main Campus in Sewickley, PA. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to residents.

Shifts Available: Full Time - 36 hours/week

• Week 1: 6 am - 6:30 pm (Thursday to Saturday)
• Week 2: 6 am - 6:30 pm (Monday, Thursday, Friday)

The LPN is responsible for nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. This is a non-exempt hourly position.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering and documenting medications and treatments
• Assessing residents' physical status daily and reporting any changes
• Assisting with physician visits
• Documenting care on a regular basis
• Developing and implementing healthcare plans as part of the Interdisciplinary Team
• Participating in department meetings and reviews
• Performing other related duties as required
