Our growing Float Pool is made up of experienced clinical staff dedicated to positive change in Western New York communities.

We are hiring experienced and flexible Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our elite clinical network in our per diem pool!

ESS Requirements:
  • Current NYS License/Certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience.
  • Availability for at least 4 shifts monthly, including at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 major holidays annually.

  • Pass medications and administer skilled treatments.
  • Supervise and assist Nursing Assistants.
  • Report changes in resident conditions.
  • Follow resident care plans and monitor staff performance.
  • Manage medication storage and documentation.
  • Maintain resident rights and safety standards.
  • Participate in shift reports and quality assurance.
  • Communicate with physicians and update family members.
  • Perform safety and customer service duties.
  • Float to at least 2 facilities of your choice.
Qualifications:
  • Current NYS LPN license.
  • Geriatric experience preferred.
  • Ability to supervise and collaborate.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Caring and respectful attitude.
