Inova Loudoun Hospital ED is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time night shift. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and collaborate with the healthcare team to support safe, high-quality outcomes.

• License: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia

• Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the supervision of a registered professional nurse, an advanced practice provider, or licensed physician; Collaborates with the Registered Professional Nurse on the execution of patient plans.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to advocate for the clinical, emotional, ethical, spiritual and cultural needs of patients; Monitors and reports patients' progress towards expected outcomes and deviations to registered professional nurse, an advanced practice provider, or licensed physician.
• Documents all patient care activities, as per documentation standards, and assists healthcare team members with documentation; Reports changes in patient condition to the registered professional nurse, an advanced practice provider, or licensed physician and appropriate healthcare team members in a timely manner.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience as an LPN or Medical Assistant
