NOW HIRING: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Avant Rehabilitation & Care Center, 1314 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638. Call us at [phone].

Are you passionate about making a difference in residents' lives while advancing your clinical skills? We seek compassionate LPNs for all shifts to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing, administering medications and treatments per policies.

• Order medications, supplies, and equipment
• Follow care plans tailored to residents' needs
• Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Document observations and interventions accurately
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid NJ LPN license
• Experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to work in Trenton, NJ
• Compassion for geriatric care
