Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Days

Join our team at Southern Health Partners, Inc. as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Darlington County Detention Center.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift Rotation, 7am - 7pm, with Alternating Weekends
• Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines under physician/provider supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Follow established treatment plans.
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
