Skills of Central PA, Inc. is seeking an LPN based in Carlisle, covering homes throughout Cumberland County.

This is a full-time role with a standard 8a-4p schedule, and on-call duties for the homes served, including weekends, evenings and holidays. The LPN will provide nursing services, adhere to established nursing standards, implement and evaluate preventive treatments, and coordinate medical care while maintaining effective written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• Nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.

Are you an LPN in the Carlisle area? Skills is looking for you! Skills is currently hiring for an LPN who will be based in Carlisle but will also cover homes throughout Cumberland County. Our LPNs provide a day-to-day variety of nursing services and care to the people we support by using and maintaining established nursing objectives and standards, adhering to current nursing law. They Implement and evaluate preventive treatments respecting the rights of the people we support. Candidate must be flexible, a team player and able to take direction and follow through on the coordination of medical care for the folks that we support. Effective written and verbal communications skills are necessary to be successful in this role; administrative experience preferred.

This position is based on a standard 8a-4p work week, however, nurses are required to be on call for the homes they support including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Salary Description
