Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $2,000/week + OT at $75/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Business Hours

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage daily care operations as the Charge Nurse
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions
• Perform and supervise prescribed treatments and nursing tasks
• Support and guide nursing staff with clinical expertise
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Oregon
• Minimum 1 year leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
• Experience in memory care, long-term care, or geriatric nursing is a plus
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
• COVID Vaccinated
• Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
• Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
• Reliable transportation & smartphone
