Job Description

Charlotte Stephenson Manor Senior Living Community is hiring a PRN LPN

This LPN position is a staff role with direct care and supervisory responsibilities for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing staff to deliver care and coordinates care delivery within scope of practice, ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and legal guidelines.

Job Requirements
  • Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.

  • License: Valid and current LPN/LVN license.
Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat for extended periods; push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds; full use of motor skills for treatments, dressing, medication supervision, and documentation.
