Job summary

Emplify Health by Bellin is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Bellevue Urgent Care, Green Bay, WI. The role is Full-Time, 0.90 FTE (36 hours/week) with 12-hour shifts, a weekend rotation every third week, and a holiday rotation.

Location is 3263 Eaton Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311. Under the direct supervision of the Provider/RN, you will record patient care, report changes, consult when unsure, provide basic health instructions, and reinforce teaching with the health team.

Qualifications

• WI LPN license required.
• Previous clinic experience preferred.

Job Description:

• Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse.
• Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient’s condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act.
• Provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
