Work Shift: Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays (United States of America)

Pay Range: $24.00 - $33.25 (dependent on experience)

• The Adult C Unit is a 26-bed facility

Varied shifts; 72 hours every 2 weeks

Role Overview: The LPN works under supervision of RNs, advanced practice RNs, physicians, or other healthcare providers. Responsibilities include organizing and directing aspects of patient care, communicating with the healthcare team, and ensuring safe, effective nursing practices.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct focused nursing assessments
• Participate in developing and modifying patient care plans
• Implement nursing interventions
• Evaluate responses to care
• Maintain safe nursing practices
• Advocate for patients
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Assist with health education and counseling
• Delegate and assign nursing tasks accordingly
