Job summary

Hartford HealthCare in Meriden, CT is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care under RN supervision, supporting treatment plans and assisting with procedures in a busy clinical setting.

The role requires CT licensure and a nursing program graduate, with preferred experience in patient care and openness to training in hyperbaric tech. Monday–Friday shifts and a strong benefits package accompany competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an LPN program.
• Licensed LPN in Connecticut.
• Experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Willing to train a new hire meeting job requirements, including hyperbaric tech exposure.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), provides nursing care in support of the treatment plans.
• Assists with treatments and procedures and carries out selected interventions within the established care plan.
• Performs additional duties related to clinic operations under direction of RN.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate from an LPN Program

Experience:

• Preferred experience as hyperbaric tech, but willing to train a new hire that meets the job requirements
• Experience in a patient care setting
• Operational safety of hyperbaric equipment

Licensure, Certification, Registration:

• Current LPN license in the state of Connecticut
