Covington ENT & Allergy Clinic is seeking a warm, mission-driven Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Allergy Department in an outpatient, clinic setting. In this role, you’ll help deliver compassionate care by preparing patients for allergy testing, administering allergy injections, and supporting individualized treatment plans.

Perform allergy testing, including preparing patients and performing testing procedures as directed by clinical protocols.
Prepare allergy immunotherapy regimens, ensuring accurate mixing, labeling, and organization of patient-specific treatment plans.
Give allergy injections safely and confidently, following clinic guidelines and documentation requirements.
Monitor patients as needed before, during, and after injections, watching for adverse reactions and responding according to practice standards.
Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, expectations, timing, and self-care after injections.
Provide clear, compassionate communication to help patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable.
Maintain accurate records in the patient chart, including documentation of testing, injections, and relevant observations.
Support a smooth clinic flow by preparing rooms, stocking supplies, and coordinating with providers and the care team.
Active LPN license in good standing.
Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred; allergy clinic experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing and administering patient-specific treatments.
Excellent patient-focused communication skills, with a warm, empathetic approach.
Ability to follow protocols, maintain privacy, and document care accurately.
