Job summary

Leisure Chateau Premier Subacute Care & Rehab Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care and support the unit's leadership needs. You will collaborate with nursing staff to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

The position offers shifts from 3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM, with Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem schedules. Competitive hourly pay ($34-$37.50) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus are available, along with insurance, 401K, PTO, and daily

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in NJ.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Must pass TB screening and required health checks.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
• Foster a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment.
