Complete Care at Clark is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team in Clark, NJ. Per diem opportunities are available with hourly pay of $31.00–$42.00.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in New Jersey.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the interdisciplinary care team.
• Accurately document resident care using PointClickCare (PCC) electronic health record software.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life.
