Job summary

Gold Crest Care Center in the Bronx is a CMS 5-Star facility seeking an LPN to join our caring team. Provide compassionate care to residents and administer medications and treatments safely while keeping residents comfortable and safe. You will work with CNAs to ensure holistic, high-quality care.

Current NYS LPN license required; reliability, compassion, and a strong teamwork mindset are essential. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is valued.
