Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse at the South Idaho Correctional Institution in Kuna, Idaho.

The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff, addressing a range of physical and mental health needs. CPR certification is required and Idaho LPN licensure must be active or obtained.

Qualifications

• Idaho LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical staff.
• Collaborate with nursing and psychiatry teams to respond to health needs.
• Document care provided and ensure compliance with correctional health policies.

We are currently seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at South Idaho Correctional Institution located in Kuna, Idaho.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.
